Jeff Lukasak is President and Founder of PSE Event Housing. Jeff brings over 12 years of experience in housing management. He actively leads PSE’s technology and operational processes, and is responsible for overall strategic planning. Josh Akright is Vice President of Pse Event Housing. Prior to joining PSE, Josh founded and successfully built T3 Travel into an industry leader. In 2015, T3 was acquired by PSE. Josh has 10 years of experience in housing and event management. His commitment to business development and procurement brings a unique combination of leadership to the organization. Josh enjoys spending free-time with his wife Margaux and their two sons Bryce and Brecken.Contact Josh
Sandra leads the Customer Service Team and has worked with the organization for 3 years. Sandra’s 30 years of customer service, business management and employee relations contribute to her leadership role as well as her commitment in the hiring and development of new talent into the organization. Outside of work she lives an active lifestyle and enjoys spending time with her family.Contact Sandra
Linda is the Senior Event Director overseeing the hotel contracting department. Linda is in her 4th year at Pse and brings with her a travel agency owner background and over 30 years of customer service. When Linda does take time off, she always wants to travel somewhere warm or visit family.Contact Linda
Stephanie is currently in her 4th year at Pse Event Housing serving the company as an Event Manager. Stephanie brings over 10 years of customer service and call center experience. Stephanie provides excellent service to our tournament directors, teams, and the Pse Event Housing family. When she is not working she enjoys rollerskating and women’s roller derby.
Raleigh is the newest PSE team member, working as an Event Coordinator. While new to the travel industry, he has worked previously as a photographer in Tennessee, Iowa, Virginia, North Carolina, and Washington. He has two very spoiled terriers, enjoys fashion, and is a huge Doctor Who, Star Trek, and general sci-fi fan. He is also back in school, pursuing a degree in the medical field.
Kelsey has been with PSE Event Housing since February 2014 and is in her 2nd year as an Event Director. Kelsey brings with her over 8 years of customer service experience, with 5 of them being in the hospitality industry. She works closely with tournament directors & hotel sales representatives to find great housing accommodations for tournament participants & their families. When not at Pse, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her family & friends. Her hobbies include watching sports, painting, & reading.
Nicole is an Event Director with PSE Event Housing. Nicole has over 5 years of experience with negotiating and contracting hotels and over 11 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She strives to find the best and most affordable housing accommodations for our guests. A native Vermonter and devout Catholic, Nicole travels as much as she can and loves spending time with her family.
Brandi is a customer service specialist. Brandi has been working with PSE for 6 months bringing over 10 years of customer service experience. She strives to provide high quality customer service to all of our guests on a daily basis. When not at PSE Brandi spends time enjoying the outdoors with her family.
Cody Newman is an Event Manager at PSE and has worked his way up from an Intern at the company over the past two years. Cody oversees the Knoxville and Gatlinburg, TN markets for PSE and is a recent alumnus of the University of Tennessee. He is the youngest PSE team member and enjoys cheering on his fellow Vols on Saturdays in the Fall and spending time with his family and friends.
Hayley O’Neil has been an event manager with PSE for nearly 3 years. She oversees the procurement of inventory for events while also working with teams to fulfill all of their housing needs. She is a lifetime athlete and enjoys running, hiking, reading, and spending time with family.
Haston is an Event Manager with Pse Event Housing. Haston has 2 years experience in housing management, and over 6 years experience in Customer Service. He works closely with Tournament Directors, Team Managers, and the Hotel’s Sales Department to help ensure the event and team housing needs are successfully met. Outside of the office, Haston is a full time student and avid outdoorsman.
Brittany is an Event Director with PSE Event Housing, and has been with the company since June 2015. Brittany has over seven years of customer service experience, three of which coming from the hospitality industry. She works closely with tournament directors and hotel personnel to secure affordable housing options for our guests. Outside of the office, Brittany loves singing in the worship band at church, watching sports, and spending time with her family and friends.
Max Smith is an Event Manager that has been with PSE for over 2 and a half years. Max oversees and manages several phases of the housing and event management process, from hotel procurement to team management. Max is an adventure seeker, avid outdoorsman, and lifelong traveler, who lives for family and friends, unforgettable experiences, and anything that gets the heart rate up!
Jacobien (“Jackie”) has been a customer service specialist since April of 2013. Jacobien has extensive experience in the travel industry, including working for Delta Air Lines and KLM in her home country of the Netherlands. Outside of PSE Jacobien and her family enjoy exploring the great Michigan outdoors, running and walking in the summer and skiing in the winter.
