Meet Naomi – Customer Experience Team Lead
Since joining the PSE family in March 2018, Naomi Luttrell has become an integral part of our team and has made a huge impact for our customers and event attendees. After starting and serving as one of our All-Star Support Representatives, Naomi was promoted to the position of Customer Experience Team Lead, in which she uses her amazing customer service skills and background to assist guests and train our ever-growing team of support staff. Get to know more about Naomi in our spotlight below!
What brought you to PSE?
Prior to coming to PSE, I was the manager of a local hotel in Kalamazoo and really enjoyed being able to work with customers and groups there. Eventually, I was looking for a change but wanted to stay in the industry, and when I came across the opportunity at PSE, it was the perfect chance to advance in my career but also continue to work with hotels, guests, and groups!
I really like how team-oriented we all are. Also, on the customer service side of things, we communicate everything and we work hard to make sure that all of our guests’ needs are kept track of, so that we all know what’s going on and any of our agents are able to help them out.
What motivates you every day?
My team. We work together so well, which leads to great morale and ultimately, helps our customers!
What’s something most people don’t know about you?
In addition to working at PSE, I also own my own business. My mom and I make craft jewelry, handmade invitations and bouquets, mostly for weddings. We’ve been doing it for about five years now and just started really small, but just last year we created over 200 invitations for a wedding here in Kalamazoo!
