Meet Sara – Customer Experience Team Lead

At Pse, one of the things we pride ourselves on is our promise of great customer service.

Of course, we wouldn’t be able to deliver on that if it weren’t for the wonderful people on our team who work so hard to make our customers and event attendees happy, and one of those people is Sara Soenen, our Customer Experience Team Lead, who we are delighted to highlight this month!

Learn a little bit more about Sara below:

 

 

 

How long have you been with Pse?

I’ve been with Pse for exactly one year and six months! Before I started here, I was searching for something new and wanted to do something that would allow me to use my skills in customer service, and I also happened to have participated in competitive travel cheer when I was younger. So when I saw that Pse was looking for people to join the team, it was the perfect opportunity for me to apply my professional skills to something I already had a passion for.

 

What do you do in your day-to-day role at Pse?

As Customer Service Team Lead, my day-to-day goal is to ensure the whole customer service department is running smoothly, that our agents are staying on top of things and that all requests are being attended to. Additionally, I keep focus on our customer service system as a whole and work with the team to implement departmental improvements so we can better serve our customers. I also onboard and train new staff members, which I love to do.

 

What do you like most about Pse?

I know it might sound cheesy, but my favorite part of working here is my coworkers – I love everybody so much! The relationships I’ve developed here over the past year are incredibly valuable to me and we’re just like family. Beyond that, I would consider myself a natural problem-solver, so I really enjoy the opportunity to fix any issues that might come up for our team and our customers.

 

What motivates you every day?

Just making sure that everybody is taken care of. At the end of the day, I want all of our guests and customers to feel good, and for everybody on my team to love what they do and feel confident in providing great service to people.

 

What’s something most people don’t know about you?

People are probably most surprised to learn about how much I love to play video games! When I was younger, my dad and I used to play together all the time and bonded over that. My current favorite games to play are the Borderlands series.

Also, I’m getting married this May in New Orleans – my fiancé Kevin and I have been together eight and a half years and we are so excited!
