Josh Akright is Vice President of Pse Event Housing. Prior to joining Pse, Josh founded and successfully built T3 Travel into an industry leader. In 2015, T3 was acquired by PSE. His commitment to business development and procurement brings a unique combination of leadership to the organization. As the National Director of Sales, Laura is actively involved with a variety of teams and organizations as well as helping to lead the rest of our team. Laura has been with Travel Team USA since 2011 and prior to that worked at the Monroe County Sports Commission for 4 years. With a background in event management, sales and the hospitality industry Laura feels right at home working with tournament directors and attendees of all of the awesome events we partner with. Laura grew up in Buffalo, NY and currently lives in Rochester, NY with her husband and two amazing kiddos. When not hard at work for her clients, Laura enjoys spending time with family and running. Hunain started working with Pse in May of 2018. He’s been instrumental in assisting with managing our out of town teams and customer service support tickets. Hunain has over 4 years of technical writing experience, so he has also made a huge impact with automating our systems and communication to make our processes more lean.
Ashley joined us in 2017 and currently works as an Account Success Coordinator. Equipped with an extensive background in hotels and hospitality, particularly in sales and operations management, and reservation management, Ashley is able to provide excellent customer service at every level of the industry. Ashley currently resides in Rochester, NY with her family. When not working or spending time with family, Ashley likes to take on DIY projects around the house!
Erika is a Customer Experience Associate with Pse Event Housing and has been with the company since October of 2017. Erika has almost 10 years of customer service experience and is enjoying learning about the hospitality industry. Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her family.
Stephanie started her career at Pse Event Housing in 2012 serving the company as an Event Manager. Stephanie brings over 15 years of customer service and call center experience. Stephanie provides excellent service to our tournament directors, teams, and the Pse Event Housing family. When she is not working she enjoys rollerskating and women’s roller derby.
With over 15 years of customer service and hospitality experience, Amy joined the Pse team in October 2017. She has previously worked for both branded and family-owned hotels in several different roles, such as Group Reservations Coordinator, Assistant to the Director of Revenue Management, and Front Desk Supervisor. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring the Great Smoky Mountains, which are right in her backyard. She also enjoys watching college and professional football and both drag and round-track racing.
Raleigh joined Pse in 2015. Raleigh is a great team player and takes pride in making sure every detail is covered. He worked previously as a photographer in Tennessee, Iowa, Virginia, North Carolina, and Washington. He has two very spoiled terriers, enjoys fashion, and is a huge Doctor Who, Star Trek, and general sci-fi fan. He is also back in school, pursuing a degree in the medical field.
After spending many years in the sports and tournament industry as a Program Director, Tournament Director, and Professional Hockey Coach & Player, Mike joined Pse in 2018 as a National Account Executive. Aside from being a great ambassador for Pse, Mike is an avid reader and sports fan (go Maple Leafs!), and loves working on home improvement projects, splitting wood and landscaping. Originally from Haliburton, Ontario, Canada, Mike now resides in Knoxville with his wife Haley, son “Chunk,” their 3-legged cat Mittens, and 3 dogs.Contact Mike
Missy joined Travel Team USA in 2015 as a National Account Coordinator and became an Associate Account Success Administrator after Travel Team USA and Pse Event Housing merged in 2018. She grew up in Rochester, NY, and currently lives in Webster, NY with her husband Mike and their two children, Cara and Michael. When she’s not at the office, Missy enjoys spending time with family, golfing, spin classes, pilates, barre classes, and shopping.
Our resident leisure travel expert Patti joined Travel Team USA in 2016 and helps her many clients plan trips all around the world! When not working with clients or traveling herself (her favorite destination is a tie between Italy and Greece), Patti enjoys spending time with her family (her husband, three kids and six amazing grandchildren), entertaining friends at home and hanging out with her Cavalier King Charles puppies, Sophie and Sadie. After 15 years in the hotel & hospitality industry, Kelly joined Travel Team USA as a National Account Manager in 2013 before becoming National Accounting Manager in 2016, and then Account Success Coordinator in 2019. In her spare time, Kelly likes to go on family outings with her husband and their three kids, entertain friends and family, or bake. Don’t let her more “domestic” hobbies fool you though – she also enjoys kickboxing and body combat to unwind! Travel Team USA merged with Pse Event Housing in 2018.
Rachel joined Pse in July of 2018 with over a decade in customer service and more than two years of administrative accounting experience. She resides in the Gull Lake area with her husband, daughter, and Golden Retriever. She is currently enrolled in the Accounting program at Kellogg Community College, where she is wrapping up the credits necessary to finish her Associate’s degree, at which time she will transfer to Western Michigan University to pursue her Bachelor’s of Science in Finance. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors with her family. They golf, fish, camp, kayak, and garden. Friends would describe her as having an endless sense of humor.
Before joining the Pse team in 2018 as Account Success Administrator, Hannah gained invaluable hotel experience as a front office manager at the Radisson in her hometown of Rochester, NY. When not at work with her Pse family, Hannah participates in the occasional open mic stand up comedy night, volunteers with the local chapter of “No One Left Behind,” and enjoys spending time with family and friends (and her adopted cat, Ellie)!
Jen is an Account Success Administrator working out of the Troy, MI office since June of 2018. She has a background in advertising, client event planning, and account management. She had the opportunity to work across print, broadcast and online publications. She loves to travel, read and cook. Her favorite vacation spots are the Cayman Islands and Grand Turk. She resides in Macomb, MI with her husband, three kids and a very lovable golden-doodle.
Nicole joined Pse Event Housing in 2010 and is an expert in negotiating and contracting hotels. She strives to find the best and most affordable housing accommodations for our guests. A native Vermonter and devout Catholic, Nicole travels as much as she can and loves spending time with her family.
Allegra joined the Pse team as a Customer Experience Associate in September of 2017 and became an Account Success Administrator in March 2019. She brings over 12 years of customer service experience, and 4 years of call center experience. She played a number of sports throughout her childhood, and she played travel soccer for 16 years along with one year of college soccer at Aquinas College. Allegra’s sports background arms her with the knowledge of what our guests and their teams need. When she’s not at Pse, she spends time with her identical twin sister, Hannah, their parents, and their awesome golden retriever, Crosby.
Megan is currently an Account Success Coordinator. Since joining PSE in 2007, she has helped with all aspects of the organization over the years. She is a graduate of Western Michigan University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Travel and Tourism. Megan has three little boys that keeps her very busy. Outside of the office Megan also runs her photography company that helps the creative side of her engaged. She enjoys rock concerts, hockey, and traveling.
Kara is an Account Success Administrator at Pse Event Housing. She joins us with 22 years of experience within the Hospitality Industry as an Area Director of Sales and Marketing for a Hotel Management Company, as well as a Program Manager at BCD Travel. She is recognized for her exceptional customer service, thereby ensuring successful events. When not working, Kara enjoys traveling and the great outdoor activities with her family.
Before joining Pse in 2017, Emily received her Associate’s Degree in Administrative Assistance and honed her fabulous customer service skills for five years at various companies in the Kalamazoo, MI area. When not with her Pse family, Emily spends her time working towards her HR Management Bachelor’s Degree, reading and crafting, making jewelry, and spending time with her two cats, Bella & Brody.
Naomi joined Pse Event Housing in 2018. Naomi enjoys the challenges and fast-paced world of customer service, always aiming to please. Her educational background is in Office Technology and has six years of experience in Customer Service. Her most recent position was in the hospitality industry where she enjoyed working with guests face to face, via email, and phone as the Guest Relations Manager. When not delivering awesome customer service at Pse, Naomi enjoys crafting and spending time with her husband, family and fur babies.
Sara is a Customer Experience Team Lead with Pse Event Housing and has been with the company since September of 2017. Sara has over 8 years of customer service experience, but this is her first experience working in the hospitality and youth sports industries. Her constant commitment is to provide fast and knowledgeable support to customers. Outside of the office, Sara is an avid reader, gamer, and pun enthusiast.
Chelsea McCormick joined the Pse team in November of 2017 as an Account Success Administrator and became an Account Success Coordinator in 2019. Chelsea graduated from Ferris State University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Business. She has a strong background in Sales and Marketing, specializing in Event Marketing. In her free time, Chelsea enjoys spending time with her family, watching her son grow and being outdoors.
Tomas (Tom) Minto, spearheaded accounting and operations for Softball Fans of Kalamazoo for the last few years but his professional background ranges from sporting goods to organic farming. He served as a trustee of Edison Neighborhood Association and for several years as President. He now lives in the Vine neighborhood in Kalamazoo with his partner of six years, restoring a large 1860’s Victorian in his free time. Currently, he oversees and advises on the finances of six organizations and businesses, including nonprofit, production and service accounting. He plans on returning to Western Michigan University within the next year to begin working towards a Master’s degree in Accounting with the option to test for his CPA after completion. His passion for business is helping operate small-to-medium companies through systems of people and tech, all with a strong emphasis on budgeting and planning.
Jordan joined the company in March of 2018. Jordan has over 5 years of customer experience and enjoys interacting and helping customers. Outside of work, he enjoys spending his time with family, friends, and his dog Tucker.
Kelsey has been with Pse Event Housing since February 2014. Kelsey brings with her over 12 years of customer service experience, with eight of them from the hospitality industry. She works closely with tournament directors & hotel sales representatives to find great housing accommodations for tournament participants & their families. When not at Pse, Kelsey’s hobbies include painting, reading, enjoying the outdoors with her husband & 2 dogs, & spending time with her family & friends. An avid football fan, Kelsey enjoys cheering on the MSU Spartans on Saturdays, & the Green Bay Packers on Sundays.
Stephanie joined Travel Team USA in 2016 as a National Account Manager and became Digital Marketing Coordinator for Pse when the two companies merged in 2018. When not working, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband Alex and their son Will, exploring the neighborhood, and tackling DIY projects around the house!
Melissa is an Account Success Administrator and has been with Pse Event Housing since September of 2016. Melissa has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Windsor and has over three years of customer service experience. Melissa played youth sports growing up, but also spent majority of her time at the arena as a hockey sister. Since moving from Canada, she has recently become a U.S Permanent Resident and outside of work enjoys spending time with her husband and their fur kids, and still spends a lot of her time at the arena as a hockey coach’s wife.
Before joining Pse in 2017, Ray worked in customer service on several levels over the last 15 years and with several different companies. While working in New York City, Ray worked with several financial firms, most notably, Standard & Poor’s, dealing with customers on a daily basis with regard to reconciling accounts payable and receivable. Additionally, Ray worked in customer outreach, which was designed to elicit feedback from customers with the goal of creating a better experience for them with the company. Ray has extensive customer service experience, working closely with customers to overcome issues and find a satisfactory solution to a given situation. Time away from work will find Ray, playing guitar, doing stand up comedy, and enjoying time with friends and family.
Linda joined Pse in 2013 and brought with her a travel agency owner background and over 30 years of customer service. When Linda does take time off, she always wants to travel somewhere warm or visit family.
Max has been with Pse since 2013 and has a sports management background. He oversees several phases of the housing and event management process, from hotel procurement to team booking. Max is an adventure seeker, avid outdoorsman, and lifelong traveler, who lives for family and friends, unforgettable experiences, and anything that gets the heart rate up!
Ellen has been with Pse since 2018. Ellen is going to school to get her Fraud Accounting Degree from Davenport University. She has 5 years of retail customer service experience. She is enjoying learning more about accounting and getting a hands-on experience while getting her degree. Outside of the office Ellen loves spending time with her family at their house on the Kalamazoo River and she loves visiting her boyfriend and his family in Chicago, where she hopes to end up in the near future.
A veteran of the hotel & hospitality industry, Jaime joined Travel Team USA as a National Account Manager in 2011 before becoming an Account Success Coordinator for Pse when the two companies merged in 2018. A current resident of Webster, NY, Jaime loves to travel to new destinations (her favorite trip so far was to Australia & New Zealand!), and spend time with her family and friends, including her husband and their son and two daughters.
Mark is an Account Success Coordinator who has been with Pse since November 2016. He graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Master of Science in Sport Management. Mark has over five years experience working in event management and hospitality. Outside of the office, Mark is an avid golf fan.
Gina joined Travel Team USA in 2013 as an Account Manager, and became a National Account Executive with Pse when the two companies merged in 2018. She joins with years of experience in the travel industry and has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. She played Division I Lacrosse at Marist College and was chosen all-conference and captain in her senior year. When not working in VT, she enjoys trail running with friends and watching her favorite shows.Contact Gina
Jacobien has been with Pse since April of 2013 and recently took on a new position as Associate Account Administrator. Jacobien has extensive experience in the travel industry, including working for Delta Air Lines and KLM in her home country of the Netherlands. Outside of Pse, Jacobien and her family enjoy exploring the great Michigan outdoors, running and walking in the summer and skiing in the winter.
